NOTE: Standard windows, sliding glass doors, hinged glass doors, and overhead glass window transoms are included. Optional Miami-Dade Approved Hurricane Windows are required for Florida and certain climate zones. (upgrade cost based on quantity of windows per model - to be handled by email after deposit is made)

NOTE: At this time, all interior walls are painted a soft white color with Sherwin-Williams paint. Your General Contractor may easily paint new colors over this finish.

Fireplace (with brick walls) - Approximate Retail — $1,679.00 (NOTE: Gas, gas logs, and mantle to be installed and connected by client's General Contractor)



Step 12. Quote Acknowledgement

Note: Upon receipt of your reservation, you will receive an emailed site-specific quote. This may also include other items that may be added to your home, shipping, insurance, etc. You will be contacted by customer service for more details. The quote will also make arrangements for the down payment and balance due directly to the Biltwise Factory. Financing may also be available separately.
