Whitney A. Walker
The CEO of The Glass Boxes is an eco-responsible visionary with a rich history in manufacturing. Her extensive experience as a CEO is underscored by multiple patents and trademarks, notably a groundbreaking patented paint composed of up to 96% food ingredients. With a global perspective acquired from travels to 52 countries and manufacturing facility visits in over 40, Whitney has initiated and managed manufacturing contracts worldwide.
Drawing from thirty years as a manufacturing CEO, Whitney authored “Climate Change and Interior Design,” a respected work integral to her eco-responsible product design lectures in partnership with organizations like the USGBC, ASID, and universities.
Whitney’s entrepreneurial journey began with The Antique Drapery Rod Co. in 1992, specializing in authentic window hardware and ready-made draperies with a strong environmental mission. After 23 years, she successfully sold the company in 2017. In 2002, she founded Anna Sova Luxury Organics, focusing on holistic home products, including patented food-grade paint, organic textiles, bamboo flooring, and EMF protective solutions.
Whitney’s diverse portfolio spans biodegradable bioplastics, FSC-certified wood, low-VOC paints, and eco-friendly furnishings. Her ongoing exploration of EME and RFE reflective properties leads to potential groundbreaking innovations.
Inspired by Modernist architects like Mies van der Rohe and Philip Johnson, Whitney’s Glass Haven Home designs reflect their principles of clean lines and functional design. Her commitment to eco-responsible design and the Biophilia concept exemplify her visionary leadership, reshaping our relationship with the environment.
