How to Purchase Your Own Glass Boxes Home(s)
We want to make purchasing your Glass Boxes home as easy as possible.
Step 1. Apply for your home(s) using the form below.
Step 2. We will set up a video call with you to move forward.
Step 3. Prices do not include shipping and set up, and may vary by state, additional site engineering, etc.
Step 4. After you have decided on model(s) and material choices, a contract will be generated with a $5,000 reservation fee.
Step 5. Please note: A 60% down payment is required to start production on your home(s). The 40% balance due must be paid before the home leaves the factory. Financing may be available to highly qualified individuals.
Founders Program
For our first several buyers.
Because we’re early, we’re opening a Founders Program for our very first buyers.
In exchange for:
A. Allowing us to photograph, film or video while the house is being set.
B. Also to hold a small open house (under 20 people) and photo and video in your completed home within 30 days of set.
Our Founders Will Receive:
A. An extended 8–12 year warranty (varies by state).
B. Anna Sova Fine Linens Italian bedding — a sheet set and duvet cover for each bed in the home.
C. Anna Sova Fine Linens bath towel set for every bath in the home.
D. A bottle of champagne or fine scotch, selected by us (non-alcoholic option available).
E. A framed, architectural rendering of your home, signed by designer and owner Whitney A. Walker — with a brass plaque naming you in our Founders Series of iconic modern homes.
