Optional Miami-Dade Approved Hurricane Windows are required for Florida and certain climate zones. (upgrade cost based on quantity of windows per model - to be handled by email after deposit is made)

With a soaring 10' 2" ceiling and 10' windows wrapping all four walls, the outdoors becomes part of the room. Light, air, and nature pour in. The space feels open, calm, and connected—exactly the kind of environment that helps you think clearly, move freely, and rest deeply.

Every detail has been considered for comfort and longevity: ceiling-mounted HVAC mini splits for quiet, efficient climate control; recessed can lighting with dimmers to set any mood; electrical outlets above each window for motorized blinds; outlets on all four walls; wide-plank bamboo or wood flooring underfoot; smooth sheetrock walls; and fully insulated floors and ceilings.

Outside, The Bliss is just as thoughtfully finished. Choose from a beautiful palette of vertical metal cladding, or upgrade to warm vertical wood plank siding in a range of inviting tones to suit your landscape and style.
